Shipping Policy

Handling time
Most standard-sized packages are shipped within 2–3 business days; our handling time is up to 4 business days. Freight and oversized items can take up to 7 business days to prepare and arrange for truck pickup. Tracking (or a PRO number for freight) is provided once your order ships.

Carriers and service
Most orders are shipped via UPS, while some Canadian packages are sent via Canada Post. Other carriers may be used. Most packages are sent via Standard or Expedited service; upgrades and rush shipping may be available — contact us before purchase to confirm the extra charges.

Multiple-item orders
If your order contains more than one item, or a quantity of two or more of a single item, the shipping total shown at checkout may be incorrect, as it adds the shipping cost of each item individually. Please contact us before paying so we can provide a correct combined shipping quote.

Freight items
Items marked as freight ship via LTL carrier. Contact us for a freight quote with your delivery postal or ZIP code, and let us know whether the address is residential or commercial and whether you have a dock or forklift available.

Destinations and import charges
All items are located in and shipped from Canada. No extra fees after checkout will be charged on Canadian orders. For orders shipped to the USA or other destinations, duties, taxes, brokerage, and any other import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Under current US import rules, the former $800 USD duty-free exemption no longer applies, and charges may apply to orders of any value.
