Important — Multiple-Item Orders
If your cart contains more than one item, or a quantity of two or more of a single item, the shipping total at checkout will most likely be calculated incorrectly, as it adds the shipping cost of each item individually. Please contact us for a correct combined shipping quote. As a rough guide, combined shipping can usually be calculated as the most expensive item's shipping, plus 10% of the shipping cost of each additional item. For example:
- Two of one item with $20 shipping: $20 + ($20 × 10%) = $22
- Two items with shipping costs of $30 and $20: $30 + ($20 × 10%) = $32
Shipping
- Shipping speed: Most packages are sent via Standard or Expedited service. Service upgrades and rush shipping are available — please contact us before purchase to confirm the extra charges.
- Handling time: Most standard-sized packages are shipped within 2–3 business days, although our handling time is up to 4 business days. Freight and oversized items can take up to 7 business days to prepare the item and arrange for truck pickup.
- Carrier: Most orders are shipped via UPS, while some Canadian packages are sent via Canada Post. Other carriers may be used. Please message us before buying if you have specific shipping requests.
Duty & Import Charges
- Canada: No extra fees after checkout will be charged, as all items are located in and shipped from Canada.
- USA: Under current US import rules, the former $800 USD duty-free exemption no longer applies. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees may be charged on orders of any value, depending on the item and its country of origin. Any such charges are the responsibility of the buyer. (Check with your local authorities before ordering to confirm the regulations that apply to you.)
